Antibody Project Manager
Emma is Prellis’ first employee, returning now during a leave of absence from her MD-PhD program at UCLA to work on our antibody development pipeline. She is passionate about expediting the therapeutic development process and improving patient outcomes. She has a longstanding interest in immunology, and her work outside of Prellis has included two years at UCSF working on CAR-T therapies and a brief stint at a Bay-Area startup working on a Treg therapy for autoimmune disease, where she met our founder Melanie.
Her other passions include patient care, teaching science, live music, and traveling (outside of COVID times), and (during COVID) gardening, making gluten-free cupcakes, learning guitar, and painting.
